Due to the high season in Copenhagen, we strongly recommend booking your accommodation when registering for the conference.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at Scandic Copenhagen for participants attending NUF 2027. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is highly recommended.

Rates
The rate for a single room is DKK 1,600 per room per night.
A double room is available at a supplement of DKK 200 per room per night.

All rates are quoted in DKK and include breakfast, VAT, and service charges.

Booking and payment

Accommodation can be booked as part of the online registration process.

To guarantee the reservation, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

For cancellations or changes made before 8 April 2027, a full refund will be issued less an administration fee of DKK 250 per room and any applicable transaction fees.

For cancellations made after 8 April 2027, no refund can be made.

All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing by email to reg@meetingplanners.dk.

Important information

The conference organisers and the congress agency cannot be held responsible for refunds related to hotel bookings or conference dinner tickets in the event of cancellation of the meeting.
